Panda Rewards gives members 10 Panda Points for every dollar spent, and points unlock food rewards as the balance grows. Redemption starts at 200 points, and the best-known rewards include a Cub Meal at 850 points, a Bowl at 1,250 points, a Plate at 1,500 points and a Family Meal at 5,000 points.
How points are earned
Orders placed while signed in to the app or website earn points automatically. In store, open the Scan tab in the app and hold the member QR code under the scanner, or give the cashier your phone number. Missed points can be claimed by entering receipt information within 7 days of purchase.
What does not earn points
Third-party delivery orders do not earn Panda Points, and neither do gift card purchases, taxes, fees, donations, alcohol or tips. If your order went through DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub, the points stay with that platform's own programme, not with Panda Rewards.
Expiry and monthly gifts
Points expire after 365 days with no qualifying purchase, so one order a year keeps the balance alive. Members also get a monthly Good Fortune Gift with their first qualified purchase each month, plus a birthday gift, both of which require a purchase to redeem.
